Nordmann, a leading chemical distributor, is expanding its collaboration with BYK-Chemie GmbH beyond the personal care industry to include the home care, industrial & institutional (HI&I) sector. From January 2025, Nordmann will take over the distribution of BYK additives for HI&I in almost all of Europe*.
BYK, a leader in specialty chemicals, offers versatile as well as high-performing additives that help to clean and protect a wide range of hard and soft surfaces in a broad range of conditions (from aqueous to solvent-based, from acidic to alkaline).
The HI&I portfolio includes the following products:
- AQUACER®, AQUAMAT®, CERAFLOUR® as wax additives for use in polishes as well as car, floor, furniture and leather care.
- BYK and BYK-DYNWET® surface additives and defoamers.
- CLAYTONE®, LAPONITE®, OPTIGEL®, PURABYK®, GARAMITE®, RHEOBYK® as rheology additives for aqueous and solvent-based cleaners.
- DISPERBYK® as wetting and dispersing additives.
