Henderson brings 14 years of hands-on experience in the food industry, with a strong background spanning ingredients and a diverse range of food and beverage categories. He has built a strong reputation for strategic sales leadership, delivering sustained revenue growth, developing long-term customer partnerships, and successfully expanding businesses into new markets, territories, and categories.
In his role as Commercial Director, Henderson will lead the strategic trajectory of the business across European markets and beyond. Working closely with De Monchy’s established, high-performing internal team and selected external partners, he will focus on extending the global reach of De Monchy’s high-quality F&F Ingredients portfolio. His ambition is to further position De Monchy as a recognised global name within the industry.
