Keminova meets Cosmax: a new European platform combining Korean technology and Italian creativity

An international industrial project has been launched, bringing together the technological excellence of Korean cosmetics with Italian style, creativity, and manufacturing expertise. Keminova Italiana S.B. S.r.l. and Cosmax are embarking on a strategic partnership with the aim of creating a new platform for the development and production of cosmetics, dedicated to the European market and beyond.

The operation aims to strengthen Keminova‘s role as an advanced hub for research, development, and services for European beauty brands, structurally integrating access to the Cosmax innovation ecosystem, which boasts over 500 active patents worldwide.

A unique project in the European landscape

The value of this initiative lies in its industrial uniqueness: for the first time, technologies, ingredients, patents and processes typical of K – Beauty are being made available in Europe through a production and service platform that is entirely Made in Italy.

This approach enables cosmetics brands and operators to access solutions that were previously unavailable on the European market, both in terms of development speed and technological complexity.

K – Beauty, Italian creativity and sensibility

Thanks to the partnership, Keminova will be able to develop and produce a full range of K-Beauty products and services in Europe, integrating the most advanced Korean technologies with a specifically Italian interpretation tailored to the European market, ensuring industrialisation times, flexibility and quality standards in line with the needs of European brands.

The project goes beyond merely localising existing technologies; it aims to create a new family of products, born from the fusion of Korean research and innovation with Italian creativity, design, and style.

A new vision for European beauty

The collaboration between Keminova and Cosmax represents a new vision for cosmetics in Europe: an integrated model in which research, patents, creativity, and manufacturing engage in continuous dialogue, paving the way for products, formats, and services that were previously unattainable.

The shared objective is to provide the European market with a distinctive offering, rich in technological and creative content, capable of anticipating global trends and supporting the growth of brands in an increasingly fast-paced and competitive environment.
