Safic-Alcan, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals, announces the acquisition of Beck Ingredients SL, a prominent distributor of nutraceutical chemicals in Spain and neighboring regions. The acquisition marks a significant step forward in Safic-Alcan’s strategic expansion and solidifies its presence in the growing nutraceutical market.
Founded in 2016 by Victor Ramon Ortuño and Anan Yin in Barcelona, Beck Ingredients has emerged as a trusted supplier of essential ingredients, including amino acids, vitamins, and other actives, catering primarily to the nutraceutical sector in Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy.
The addition of Beck Ingredients to Safic-Alcan’s portfolio enhances the company’s offerings in the nutraceutical sector, leveraging synergies to drive further growth and development across Europe.
