Barcelona, 2nd August 2023.- Vytrus Biotech, the company specialized in active ingredients derived from plant biotechnology for the cosmetic industry, has agreed to come into a long-term alliance with the top K-Beauty manufacturer Cosmecca Korea to collaborate for future projects coming ahead.
Cosmecca Korea and Vytrus Biotech recently signed a commercial agreement to research on ingredients of cosmetic efficacy based on plant stem cell technology. The official meeting took place at Vytrus Biotech’s facilities near Barcelona (Spain) that gathered Daniel Robustillo (Sales Director of Vytrus Biotech) and Cho Hyun-hyun (Head of Technology of Cosmecca Korea) for the alliance signature.
This MOU agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) will enable both companies to combine the innovative and sustainable cutting-edge biotechnology of plant stem cell platforms of Vytrus Biotech with the high expertise in skincare R&D and manufacturing of Cosmecca Korea based on the latest K-Beauty trends.
According to Daniel Robustillo, Sales Director of Vytrus Biotech, “coming to an agreement with Cosmecca Korea is an opportunity for Vytrus Biotech to bring to the Korean market the best of European technology innovation in the cosmetic industry while integrating the outstanding and trending K-Beauty perspective of Cosmecca Korea into our future developments.”
