Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care has announced an exclusive global distribution agreement with industrial biotechnology company Insempra for CosVivet™ ActiLipid O7, a next-generation Omega-7 biolipid produced via precision fermentation — marking the first product under a broader strategic collaboration between the two companies.
The ingredient made its global debut at in-cosmetics Global in Paris in April 2026, where it is being exclusively introduced to the Beauty & Personal Care market by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care. The partnership follows a series of recent Brenntag distribution agreements, including the exclusive deal with Calyxia for biodegradable microspheres in 2025.
