AdvensProtect 6 Green is a moisturizing agent, solvent and multifunctional ingredient (according to scientific literature and SEQENS tests):
Moisturizing agent: the short lipophilic chain attaches to the lipid structures, orientating the hydrophobic part of the molecule towards the upper skin layers for better moisture retention.
Suitable for sensitive skin: 1,2-Hexanediol is particularly known as a very mild solution in especially very sensitive skin and applications areas like facial masks, intimate hygiene products…
Good solubilizer for lipophilic ingredients.
Preservative booster: works synergistically with traditional preservatives and other non-preservative substances in personal care formulations.
1:1 drop-in replacement for the synthetic 1,2-Hexanediol.

Use concentration: 0.5-1.5%
Shelf-life: 3 years

AdvensProtect 68 Green is a multifunctional moisturizing combination (according to scientific literature and SEQENS tests):
Very good emollient properties: 1,2-Hexanediol and Caprylyl Glycol are known for their moisturizing properties. They reduce the surface energy and therefore the contact angle of water on the hydrophobic surfaces of the skin for better moisture distribution.
Preservative booster: works synergistically with traditional preservative actives and other multifunctional ingredients in personal care formulations, enhancing the intracellular microbial penetration of preservatives.
Emulsion stabilizer & Viscosity regulator: improves the sensorial profile of formulations
Reliable and cold-processable: for all new sustainable product development.
Appearance: clear liquid
Use concentration: 0.4-1.0%
Shelf-life: 2 years
